Job title Marketing Manager for South China (cover 8 provinces)
Position: Guangzhou
Report to: Regional Manager
Role purpose:
In order to implement China go-to-market strategy, this role is to develop South China marketing strategy
Responsibilities:
-Make crop strategy & business plan;
-Marketing campaign management;
-Formulate SBU marketing plan, in charge of the budget and material management;
-Growth project management;
-Tailor local product marketing strategy;
-Ensure marketing plan is implemented in the SBU and communicate result timely in the company
Requirements:
-At least 7 years of marketing experience in FMCG industry with 3 years in management role minimum.
-Business knowledge particularly marketing
-Marketing skill and conceptual thinking
-Agrochemical background is a plus but not a must.
-Excellent communication skill.
-Computer skill
